How do remote computer repairs work?
We log into your system from our server and are able to resolve a vast amount of computer problems without an onsite visit, enabling us to offer a cheap and convenient service to you.
What do I have to do?
All you have to do is give us a ring on 07775 335 838 and we will talk you through giving us access. We will direct you to a website and ask you to input your name and a code, which we will provide you with. This will then ask you to grant permission for us to log in and give you remote support.
What repairs can you do using remote access?
Our remote access software will enable us to repair many computer problems, which include:

What are the limits?
- You must have a working Internet connection for us to provide remote support.
- Your computer must be a Windows system and able to boot into Windows for us to gain remote access.
- If your problem is caused by computer hardware we may have to arrange a callout, or advise you of alternative options.
Will you have remote access to my computer forever?
No, we can only log in for the session you grant us access for, the only way we can log back in is if you grant us remote access again through the same procedure.
You also have priority control over the system, even when we have remote access. You can move the mouse and click "End Session" to disconnect us at any time.
How much does it cost?
